Important Notice

All purchases made on our platform are considered final after you have tested our service during the trial period and provided explicit consent for the purchase.

1. General Policy

  • No refunds will be processed for:

    • Services used after the trial period
    • Subscription payments made with consent
    • Feature requests not available in the original demo
    • Change of business requirements

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Multiple charges for the same transaction due to technical error
  • Excess amount charged in a single transaction due to technical error
  • Service unavailability during the first 24 hours of subscription

3. Refund Process

To Request a Refund:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment receipt
  • Detailed reason for refund
  • Account details
Processing Timeline:
  • Verification: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
  • Bank settlement: As per your bank's policy

4. Additional Terms

  • Only the excess amount will be refunded, excluding payment gateway charges
  • Refunds will be processed through electronic mode only
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method used
  • Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable
