By accepting these terms or using our services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2.1 Account Creation

To use Taxziy services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Mobile phone number
• Payment information

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring logout from your account after each session

• Connecting riders with nearby drivers

• Electronic payment processing
• Rating and feedback system
• Real-time tracking and notifications

3.2 Service Limitations

The Company:

• Does not guarantee service availability at all times
• May modify or discontinue services without notice
• Is not responsible for the quality of transportation services
• Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

4.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Maintain appropriate conduct during rides

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts
• Impersonating others
• Manipulating the platform
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Sharing account credentials

5.1 Pricing

• Fares calculated based on distance, time, and demand
• Additional fees for tolls, parking, or special services
• Surge pricing during high demand periods
• Cancellation fees may apply

5.2 Payment Processing

• Automatic processing after ride completion
• Multiple payment methods supported
• Receipt provided for each transaction
• Refund policy for disputed charges

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Taxziy and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxziy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions or omissions of drivers or riders
• Personal injury or property damage during rides

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent activity
• To comply with law or regulation
• For any reason at our sole discretion

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
